  • Acupuncture

    Acupuncture treatment involves revolves around the insertion of fine needles into certain designated points along the body. These points are believed to stimulate the central nervous system. This, in turn, releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain.

  • Tuina Massage

    Tuina Massage is one of the oldest systems of body work used to help with pain, illness, or to maintain good health. Advanced Tuina practioners are also able to perform manipulations.

  • Cupping

    Cupping, a practice which special cups are placed on the skin to create suction. This causes the tissue beneath the cup to be drawn up and swell causing increase in blood flow to affected area. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.

  • Musculoskeletal Manipulation

    A practice that involves manipulating the bones, muscles, and joints to treat injuries and chronic pain. It's based on the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and that by manipulating the musculoskeletal system, the body can be encouraged to do so.
